ACID WASHED T-SHIRT

A tie-dyed T-shirt is a garment that has been dyed using a method in which the fabric is twisted, folded, or tied in various ways before applying dye. This technique prevents the dye from fully saturating certain areas, resulting in unique patterns and vibrant, colorful designs. Common tie-dye patterns include spirals, stripes, or circles, though the randomness of the process often leads to one-of-a-kind results.

Tie-dyeing became especially popular during the 1960s and 1970s as part of the hippie counterculture movement, symbolizing freedom and self-expression. Today, tie-dyed T-shirts are still widely worn for their fun, artistic, and often retro appeal.

MELANGE T-SHIRT

A "melange T-shirt" refers to a T-shirt made from a fabric that has a mixed, heathered appearance, typically created by blending fibers of different colors. The term "melange" comes from the French word for "mix," and in the context of textiles, it describes a fabric that combines fibers of multiple shades or tones, often creating a subtle speckled or mottled effect.

The melange effect gives the T-shirt a textured look with a softer, often more casual and modern style, as opposed to a solid, single-color fabric. It’s commonly used in casual wear and athleisure for its aesthetic and comfortable feel.

An acid-washed T-shirt refers to a garment that has undergone a special treatment to give it a distinct, worn, and vintage look. The process involves soaking the fabric in a mixture of bleach or other chemicals, sometimes using pumice stones, to create irregular fading, patterns, or discoloration. This technique originated in the 1980s and is known for its grunge, edgy, or retro aesthetic.

The result is a T-shirt with a soft texture and unique, often unpredictable, visual effects, making each piece look slightly different from the others.

The process of making a striped T-shirt begins with careful dyeing, ensuring that the fabric does not have any color spread. Once dyed, aligning the stripes at the seams is crucial for achieving a polished look. This requires meticulous measuring and cutting to maintain consistency throughout the garment. When sewing, attention to detail is essential; each stitch must be precise to keep the stripes aligned, resulting in a professional finish that showcases the vibrant design of the T-shirt

SUBLIMATION PRINTING T-SHIRT

To make a sublimation printing T-shirt, we start by creating a custom design and printing it using sublimation ink on transfer paper. The T-shirt is typically made from polyester fabric, which allows the dye to bond effectively. Once the design is printed, we use a heat press to apply heat and pressure, activating the sublimation ink and transferring the design onto the fabric. This process results in vibrant, long-lasting prints that become part of the T-shirt materia

We recommend using 100% polyester fabric, as it allows the dye to bond effectively. It's important to note that 100% cotton fabric cannot be used for sublimation printing
