KNITING & DYING FACTORY

At HKAI Vietnam, we provide a wide range of dyed fabrics based on the weight, color, and texture you require. You can choose from materials such as cotton, polyester, spandex, CVC, TC, coffee fiber, bamboo fiber, and more. We are capable of producing various knitting patterns to create different fabric surfaces and weights. For T-shirts, we offer fabrics with weights ranging from 150gsm to 290gsm, and for sweaters, hoodies, and jackets, we provide fabrics with weights from 380gsm to 500gsm."

Typically, it takes us around 4-7 days to test the color of the product. If the customer approves the color, we will begin mass production. The production time for bulk orders is approximately 10-20 days, depending on the knitting style and fabric color

Single jersey 150gsm-270gsm

Single Jersey Fabric is a type of knit fabric made using one set of needles, which results in a fabric with a smooth, flat surface on one side and a more textured, looped appearance on the reverse side. It is widely used for making casual and comfortable garments, especially in T-shirts, lightweight sweaters, and undergarments.

It’s commonly made from cotton, but it can also be blended with synthetic fibers like polyester, spandex, or viscose to add extra strength, elasticity, or shine.

Interlock 190gsm-460gsm

Interlock fabric is a type of double-knit fabric, meaning it’s made using two sets of needles, creating a fabric that is thicker, more durable, and stretchier than single jersey. It has a smooth, soft surface on both sides and is tightly woven, making it more stable and less prone to fraying or curling at the edges.

Interlock fabric is commonly made from cotton or cotton blends, and is ideal for garments that need to maintain shape, such as T-shirts, dresses, leggings, and baby apparel. Its durability and stretch make it suitable for both casual and activewear.

French Terry Fabric 300gsm- 450gsm

French Terry fabric is a type of knit fabric that features loops on one side and a smooth surface on the other. It is known for its soft texture and is often used in casual and athletic wear.

Microfleece fabric 300gsm-400gsm

Microfleece is very similar to fleece in the sense that they are made of the same material and produced in the same way. Microfleece fibers are thinner than silk strands. This makes the fabric itself incredibly lightweight yet warm. Microfleece also allows moisture to evaporate very quickly, making it a great option for those who want to stay warm in snowy conditions.
